New Patient Intake: $300, 50-minute session
Therapy Sessions: $225-$250, 50-minute sessions
Evaluations
Gifted Evaluation: $650
Please call for evaluations testing for ADHD, Autism, and/or learning differences. Because our evaluations are customized uniquely to each person, please reach out to our office so that we may get a better idea of you or your family’s needs.

We accept credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, and ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) funds.
InSight Psychology does not take insurance and is considered an Out-Of-Network provider. We will be happy to provide you with a Superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
InSight Psychology does not communicate with insurance companies or negotiate single-case agreements. Payment is due at the time treatment services are rendered.

Our evaluations are segmented into three appointments. The intake, the testing appointment, and the feedback session.
The total cost of our evaluations are broken down into three payments in accordance with each appointment.

We strive to offer our families protected appointment slots and typically have a waitlist of families waiting for much needed services. As such, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48-business hour (Monday- Friday) notice is required. If you do not arrive to a scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 48 business hour notice, you will be charged the full session fee, unless it is determined that you were unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances beyond your control.
If it is possible, we will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment within the same week and you will not be charged the late cancellation fee.

A consultation call is a complimentary 10 minute call with a member of our team, designed to ensure that our specialties best match the needs of yourself or your family. We gather more information to determine which one of our providers will be a good fit based on your goals.
