My approach is deeply inspired by Dr. Ross W. Greene’s philosophy: “Kids do well when they can.” I believe that children and adolescents thrive best in supportive, collaborative environments. In my work with youth and families, I continually see the powerful impact that open communication and intentional connection can have on growth and lasting change within the family system.
With 16 years of soccer experience both as an athlete and coach, I have gained firsthand insight into the mental challenges athletes face, helping them improve their skills while focusing on their mental approach. My goal is to ensure each athlete I work with is mentally prepared, enjoys the process of growth, and develops the confidence and mindset necessary for success, both on the field and in life.
