SPACE is a parent-focused program for managing anxiety and OCD in children and teens. Parents learn tools to address their own behaviors, respond supportively, and break the anxiety cycle in their child.
PEERS® for Adolescents is a proven social skills program for motivated middle school and high school teens seeking to build friendships and handle conflict. Developed at UCLA and used in 35+ countries, it combines lessons, role-plays, and group activities. Parents attend separate sessions to support their teens' social development.
Caregivers can feel overwhelmed by misbehavior, aggression, tantrums, or hyperactivity. PCIT, a short-term therapy for children aged 2-6, helps strengthen parent-child relationships and teach healthy limit-setting through child-led play. It boosts self-esteem, emotion regulation, and positive behaviors. The average length of PCIT is 14-16 sessions.
NEW! Ask about Intensive PCIT (I-PCIT), a one-month program for families needing focused, specialized support.
CBIT is a non-medicated treatment for managing and reducing tics in children, teens, and young adults. Combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and habit reversal training (HBT), it teaches awareness, strategies to resist tics, and relaxation techniques. CBIT involves family support to create helpful daily routines and achieve lasting results.
ERP is at the core of all anxiety disorder treatments. It helps children and teens gradually face fears through strategic, active interventions, building bravery and showing them their fears are harmless.
The core feature of CBT is helping children and teens realize the link between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and shed light on how they each affect and drive one another. Children with anxiety frequently experience “thinking errors” that result in more anxiety, avoidance, and being stuck in a vicious cycle.
ABFT is a proven family therapy for reducing teen depression and suicidality. It strengthens emotional bonds, fosters open communication, repairs parent-child relationships, and builds mutual respect in 12-16 sessions.
EFT is an approach to therapy that focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and improving communication in relationships. Rooted in attachment theory, EFT helps individuals, couples, and families identify and transform negative patterns, build emotional connection, and create more secure, supportive relationships.
Rather than learning how to change thoughts, ACT teaches children to accept unpleasant thoughts and emotions, observe them mindfully, and focus on their values, helping them avoid getting stuck and move towards what matters most.
