I am passionate about working with people of all ages, from childhood through adulthood. My goal is to create a supportive, genuine, and present-focused environment where my clients can build awareness, learn new skills, and meet treatment goals.
With specialized training in evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, OCD, and tic disorders, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. I am especially dedicated to helping adolescents navigate their unique challenges and providing social skills training to adolescents, young adults and parents. As a certified PEERS ® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) provider through UCLA, I offer social skills training in both individual and group formats. I believe in the power of collaboration in treatment, working closely with my clients and their support team and strive to create a safe place that fosters growth and enhances overall well- being.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After attending college in Arizona, I recently moved back to Arizona after ten years living out of state. I cherish spending time with friends, family, and my cat, Finn. When I am not working, I love being outdoors, enjoying activities such as hiking, biking or camping.
