As both a psychologist and a competitive athlete, I have experienced the mental side of performance from two different perspectives. I understand the clinical principles behind confidence, anxiety, motivation, and resilience, but I have also experienced the pressure of preparing for competition, performing under scrutiny, and responding to setbacks firsthand.
That combination shapes the way I work with athletes and performers. While every individual’s experience is different, I understand that performance challenges aren’t always solved by simply “thinking positively” or trying harder. Developing confidence, managing pressure, and
performing consistently require practical mental skills that can be developed and strengthened over time.
My goal is to help clients better understand the factors that may be holding them back while developing strategies they can use when it matters most—whether that’s during competition, at work, or in everyday life.
